Delete Your OmniaX Account

If you want to delete your OmniaX account, you can use either of these methods:

1. In the OmniaX app: Go to Profile > Delete Account.
2. If you cannot access the app:
Email support@omniax.ai from the email address linked to your OmniaX account with the subject line: Delete My OmniaX Account.

Please include your account email address and your OmniaX username or profile name, if applicable.

When your deletion request is completed, your OmniaX account and associated user data will be deleted, except for any data we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal, or regulatory compliance.

Deletion requests are processed within 2 days.

If your subscription is managed through Google Play or the App Store, subscription cancellation must be handled separately through the platform where you subscribed.
