Delete Your OmniaX Account

If you want to delete your OmniaX account, you can use either of these methods:

1. In the OmniaX app: Go to Profile > Delete Account.
2. If you cannot access the app:
Email support@omniax.ai from the email address linked to your OmniaX account with the subject line: Delete My OmniaX Account.

Please include your account email address and your OmniaX username or profile name, if applicable.

When your deletion request is completed, your OmniaX account and associated user data are deleted. OmniaX does not retain account data after deletion is completed. If you submit your request by email, the request email is also deleted after the deletion process is completed.

Deletion requests are processed within 2 days.

If your subscription is managed through Google Play or the App Store, subscription cancellation must be handled separately through the platform where you subscribed.
